2. Service Description
Genveil provides an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create, edit, and manage images using various AI models. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Credits and Payments
Our platform operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating images. Purchased credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Free daily credits expire and cannot be accumulated.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you generate. However, you grant Genveil a non-exclusive license to display your images in the community gallery if you choose to publish them. You must not generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Genveil to generate illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, harass or harm individuals, distribute malware, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genveil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
